For businesses and operators

Connect the tools your business runs on

Your entity does not live alone. Connect File.Business with your accounting, banking, payroll, legal, and CRM tools so your formation details, filings, and compliance status stay in sync across the whole stack, instead of being retyped from one app to the next.

Your entity details live in a dozen places

The moment you form a company, its name, EIN, state, and address get typed into your accounting tool, your bank, your payroll, your contracts, and your CRM, one app at a time. When something changes, or a compliance deadline lands, you go update them all again by hand, and one of them always ends up wrong.

The marketplace connects File.Business to those tools so your entity is the source of truth. Connect once, and formation details flow out, filings stay reflected, and compliance deadlines show up where you already work.

Copying it by hand
  • Entity details typed into every tool
  • Updates that only reach some apps
  • Deadlines living in a separate place
  • Mismatched records across the stack
  • Time lost to reconciliation
On the marketplace
  • Connect the tools in a click
  • Entity details flow automatically
  • Compliance where you already work
  • One source of truth for the entity
  • Scoped access you control

How a connection works

From browsing to a stack that stays in sync

Five steps, in the right order. Select one to see the detail.

BosAI for integrations

An operator who knows the integration playbook

Ask in plain English. BosAI knows what connects, what syncs, and what stays private.

BosAIIntegrations workspace

I just formed my LLC. Can it show up in my accounting tool without me retyping it?

Yes. Connect your accounting tool from the marketplace and your entity name, EIN, and state flow straight in, so the company is ready to reconcile without you typing it again. It is a one-click authorization, no setup. Want me to point you to the connection?

If I connect my CRM, what can it actually see?

Only what you allow. Connections use scoped access, so you choose which entity details and events sync, and nothing else is shared. You can review or revoke it anytime from your integrations page. File.Business is SOC 2 Type II, so the handling meets a real standard.

The tool we use is not in the marketplace. Now what?

Two options. You can build the connection yourself on the File.Business API, or a technology partner can publish an integration for it. Either way the same entity data is available programmatically. See the API, or request the tool and we will look at adding it.
From an operator

The entity stopped being wrong in three systems

Every time we formed or changed an entity, someone had to update the books, the bank, payroll, and the CRM, and inevitably one was stale. We connected File.Business to our accounting, banking, and payroll tools from the marketplace, and now the entity is the source of truth and everything else follows. Reconciling records across systems basically disappeared as a chore.

For the questions operators actually ask

Straight answers on connections, sync, and security

What does the marketplace connect?
It connects File.Business with the tools your business already runs on, across accounting, banking, payroll, legal, CRM, and storage. Connecting one keeps your entity details, filings, and compliance status in sync with that tool instead of copying data by hand.
How do I connect an integration?
Browse the marketplace, pick a tool, and authorize the connection in a click. Most integrations use a standard secure sign-in, so there is nothing to build. Once connected, data flows automatically based on the settings you choose.
What actually syncs?
It depends on the integration. Accounting tools can receive your entity and EIN details, banking tools can match your formed entity, payroll can pick up the employer entity, and compliance deadlines can appear in your calendar or task tool. Each listing describes exactly what it syncs.
Is my data safe across integrations?
Yes. Connections use scoped, revocable access over secure sign-in, and File.Business is SOC 2 Type II. You control which tools are connected and what each can see, and you can disconnect any integration at any time. See access and security.
Can I build my own integration?
Yes. If a tool you use is not listed, the File.Business API lets you build the connection yourself, and technology partners can publish an integration to the marketplace for others to use. See the developer platform for details.
Does connecting a tool cost extra?
Connecting integrations from the marketplace is part of your File.Business plan. Some third-party tools have their own pricing on their side, but there is no separate charge from us to connect them. Pricing is published and transparent.
Do integrations work with white-label?
Yes. Partners delivering File.Business under their own brand can offer the same integrations to their clients, so the connected experience carries through the white-label product. See white-label.
How do I get started?
Open the marketplace, filter by the category you need, and connect the tools you already use. If you want a tool that is not there yet, request it or build it on the API. It takes minutes to connect your first integration. Talk to us.
