Every entity document, in one searchable vault.
Formation papers in one email, the EIN letter in a drawer, the operating agreement on someone's laptop. When a bank or a buyer asks for everything, the scramble begins. The Document Vault keeps every document your entity generates in one encrypted, searchable place, organized automatically, so the answer to any request is a single search and an export, not a week of digging.
One home for everything your entity generates.
Over a company's life it accumulates a surprising pile of important paper: formation documents, the EIN letter, annual reports, registered-agent notices, the operating agreement, board consents, tax returns and K-1s, contracts and trademarks. Scattered across inboxes and drives, it is impossible to find when you need it, and losing a piece can hold up a loan or a sale. The Document Vault gathers all of it into one encrypted place, files it into the right category automatically, and makes every page searchable, so what used to be a scavenger hunt becomes a single query.
Sorted, searchable, ready to send.
The vault is not a bare folder. It organizes your documents the way a bank or buyer expects to receive them, and keeps them ready to hand over.
- Auto-filed as you go. Every document we generate for you, from a filed annual report to a receipt, lands in the right category automatically.
- Searchable to the word. Full-text search across every document, so you find the exact page in seconds.
- Export a diligence pack. When a lender or buyer asks for everything, assemble and send a complete pack in one click.
- Encrypted and access-controlled. Stored on SOC 2 Type II audited infrastructure, encrypted, and shared only with who you choose.
For anyone who has ever hunted for a document.
The vault pays off whenever proof of something is required on short notice, which for most businesses is more often than they expect.
- Companies raising money or selling, where diligence demands a full document set
- Owners of several entities with documents scattered everywhere
- Anyone whose bank or lender keeps asking for filings and letters
- Teams who want one source of truth instead of a shared drive
- A brand-new entity with only its formation documents so far
- Owners who only need a single document, such as a certificate of good standing
- Businesses that already run a document system they trust
- Anyone who has not yet formed an entity to store documents for
The vault fills itself as we work. Every filing we handle, from an annual report to a good-standing certificate, is stored here automatically.
Every category a lender asks for.
Documents are filed into the categories that matter for diligence and compliance, so a full request maps directly to what is already organized here.
Because it is already sorted this way, exporting a complete diligence pack is a single action, not a week of assembly.

What goes into the vault?
Everything your entity generates: state filings, IRS documents like your EIN letter, registered-agent and service-of-process records, filed receipts, your operating agreement and consents, and tax, contract, and IP documents. Anything we file for you, such as an annual report, is stored automatically.
Do I have to upload everything myself?
No. The vault fills itself as we work. On the Compliance Subscription, every filing and confirmation lands in the right category on its own, and you can add your own documents too.
What is the export pack?
When a lender or buyer asks for a full document set for diligence, you assemble and share a complete, organized pack in one click, instead of collecting files from a dozen places.
How is it secured?
Documents are encrypted and stored on SOC 2 Type II audited infrastructure, with access controlled so only the people you choose can see them.
Can I get official copies from it?
The vault holds your own copies. When you need a state-certified version, you can order certified copies or a fresh certificate of good standing directly.
