Filing season should not be a thousand logins

When every entity in a portfolio needs an annual report, the manual path is brutal: log into one state portal, re-enter the data, pay, log out, and repeat, hundreds of times. A single typo becomes a rejection you find weeks later, and no one can say which filings are done.

Bulk Filings turns that into one action. Upload a spreadsheet, we validate every row against each state's requirements before anything is submitted, you fix the flagged rows inline, and one approval files the whole batch in parallel. Each acceptance drops a receipt into your vault.

One entity at a time
  • A separate login for every company
  • The same data re-entered hundreds of times
  • Typos become rejections found weeks later
  • No single view of what is done
  • A filing season that eats a whole team
With Bulk Filings
  • Up to 10,000 entities in one upload
  • Every row validated before submission
  • Flagged rows fixed inline, no surprises
  • One approval files the whole batch
  • A per-entity receipt for each acceptance
One approval, the whole portfolio

Watch a batch file itself

After you approve, filings go out in parallel, in minutes, not one after another. Here is a run of 142 annual reports.

How a bulk run works

Upload, validate, and approve once

Five steps from a spreadsheet to filed. Select one to see the detail.

Step 1

Upload a spreadsheet, or push through the API

Drop in a CSV of entities and the filing you want to run, or send the batch programmatically. There is no practical ceiling on the portfolio, and up to 10,000 entities go in a single upload.

The enterprise tier can bulk-file through the API with webhook callbacks.
Uploaded: 142 ENTITIES
Filing: annual report
Up to 10,000 per upload
Step 2

Every row validated before anything files

We check each row against that state's actual filing requirements, so an error is caught before submission, not after a rejection. Problems are surfaced inline, on the exact rows that need attention.

Validation happens up front, so you never submit a batch that will bounce.
Valid rows: 140
Flagged inline: 2
Checked per state
Step 3

Fix the flagged rows, then review the batch

Correct the handful of rows that need it right in the table, then review the full batch: which entities, which states, and the state fees itemized separately from the service fee, before you commit to anything.

State fees are shown at cost, itemized, so the numbers are clean.

Step 4

One approval files the whole batch

Approve once, and every filing is submitted in parallel through official state channels. Submission finishes in minutes, and if a state rejects a filing, you get a per-entity refund of our service fee and we re-submit with corrections.

Step 5

Track acceptances, collect receipts

Watch the batch move from submitted to accepted, entity by entity, on the dashboard. Each acceptance drops a per-entity PDF receipt into your Document Vault and sends a notification, so you always know exactly what is done.

How bulk filing compares

One action beats a filing season

The alternatives all scale by adding hours or people. Here is the difference.

The point. Every other path scales the work linearly: more entities means more logins, more hours, or more temporary staff. Bulk Filings makes a portfolio of any size one upload and one approval, with the validation and receipts built in. Compare the platform on the comparison hub.

BosAI builds the batch for you

It knows what is due, and groups it

Instead of assembling the run yourself, ask BosAI which filings are due and let it prepare the batch.

BosAIBulk workspace, your portfolio

Which of my entities have an annual report due this quarter?

142 entities across 14 states. I have assembled them into one batch, validated every row against each state, and flagged two that need a correction before filing. Approve and the whole run goes out in parallel.

What were the two flagged?

Delgado Holdings is missing an EIN on the row, and one Florida entity has an officer name that does not match the state record. I have highlighted both inline with the exact fix. Everything else is ready.

File the valid ones now and re-run the two after I fix them.

Done. The 140 valid filings are submitting in parallel now, and I have held the two corrected rows for a second run. Receipts will land in your vault as each state accepts.
From a team that stopped grinding

Filing season went from weeks to an afternoon

We used to pull two people off their jobs for two weeks every quarter to file annual reports one portal at a time. Now I upload a spreadsheet, fix a couple of flagged rows, approve once, and watch the receipts land. It is an afternoon instead of a fortnight.

For the questions operators ask

Straight answers on volume, validation, and receipts

Which filings can be bulked?
Annual reports, formations, S-corp elections on Form 2553, registered agent changes, foreign qualifications, amendments, address changes, dissolutions, and BOI reports for the entities that still file them. If a filing repeats across many entities, it can run as a batch.
How many entities at once?
Up to 10,000 entities per upload, with no practical ceiling on the total portfolio. The largest customers file more than 12,000 entities per quarter this way.
Do you validate before filing?
Yes. When you upload a CSV, we validate every row against that state's filing requirements before anything is submitted, and errors are surfaced inline on the exact rows that need a fix, so you never submit a batch that will bounce.
How fast is a run?
Submission runs in parallel and takes roughly 5 to 30 minutes for a large batch. State acceptance then varies: same-day in Delaware, Nevada, Wyoming, and Colorado, and a few business days in other states.
What if a filing fails?
If a state rejects a filing, you get a per-entity refund of our service fee, and we re-submit with corrections. State filing fees are set by the state and are non-refundable, but our fee for a rejected filing is returned.
How are receipts delivered?
As each filing is accepted, a per-entity PDF receipt is placed in your Document Vault and you get a notification, so every entity has a timestamped record and you always know exactly what is done.
Is there API access?
Yes, on the enterprise tier. You can run bulk filings programmatically through the REST API, with webhook callbacks for state-acceptance events, so a batch can be triggered and tracked from your own systems.
What does it cost?
Bulk filing uses volume tiers, so the per-filing price drops as the batch grows, with custom enterprise pricing for very large portfolios. State fees are always passed through at cost. See the pricing page or talk to sales.
