Are you really remote-first?
Yes: half of our team has never been to an office. We have small hubs in NYC, SF, and Wilmington DE for those who prefer them.
What is the comp structure?
Cash + meaningful equity. We benchmark to 75th percentile for cash and offer above-market equity. Senior IC roles often outpace director comp at other companies in equity value.
Equity vesting schedule?
Standard 4-year, 1-year cliff. We are an LLC; equity is granted as profits interests with the same economic effect as stock options.
Benefits?
Unlimited PTO (with a 3-week minimum enforced), 16 weeks parental, $4K/yr learning budget, top-tier health/dental/vision, $1K/yr home-office stipend.
What does the interview process look like?
45-min intro · 60-min technical or portfolio · 4-hour paid work trial · final founder conversation. Total: typically 2 weeks end-to-end.
Compliance / legal background needed for non-legal roles?
No. We hire for talent + curiosity. We bring the compliance domain knowledge through onboarding + our internal academy.
Can I work from outside the US?
Tax + comp complexity means full-time roles are US-only currently. We are exploring EOR for select roles in 2026.
Do you sponsor visas?
Yes, for senior + critical roles. We sponsor H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN.
What is your stance on AI in the role?
We use AI heavily (we built BosAI). Engineers, designers, and operations folks are expected to use AI to compound their output. AI literacy is a hire criterion.
